Summer’s a great time to work on your business, not just in it.

Inside The Reach Club, we keep the momentum going with:

  • Guided coworking 2x/week
  • Accountability check-ins, and
  • A supportive crew of creative entrepreneurs who get it.

Try it free for two weeks.

Hi Reader,

A couple of weeks ago, I said I was in my “follow-up era.”

Now? I’m fully in my feedback era.

I’ve been gathering testimonials for my upcoming website refresh and running voice-of-customer interviews for client projects.

It’s probably the journalist in me, but I loooove qualitative data like this. The little details that reveal how people think and feel.

There’s something so quietly powerful about simply asking people what they need or what’s working well for them.

Especially in this AI-everything world, nothing cuts through the noise like a real conversation.

So here’s your nudge:

  • Build feedback into your process. It doesn’t have to be a formal survey. Try asking a few thoughtful questions at the end of a check-in call.
  • Set a recurring reminder or give yourself a deadline. Redoing my website gave me the motivation to finally prioritize this.
  • Keep it personal. I’ve used forms before, but people often ignore them. I’ve found the best way to get meaningful feedback is to ask live on a call (and record it!), or to attach the ask to a follow-up or update you’re already sending.
  • And most importantly, make space to do something with what you hear. What’s the next step? Content? A shift in process? A change in tone?

Don’t guess at what your people want. Ask. Listen. And act on it.

What’s one question you’ve been meaning to ask your audience or clients?

Write it down and send the message. You might be surprised what comes back.

‘Til next time!

Big (virtual) hugs,

✨ What’s happening inside The Reach

We’re hosting another public coworking session on July 31! It’s open to everyone, so if you’ve been curious about how we work, now’s your chance to drop in. Save your spot.
Some member wins: one launched their first online course (!), and another is building their first portfolio site. We love to see it.
We’re keeping things light for the summer, but if you need a little boost to get sh*t done (while still making time to enjoy the warmer weather), come co-work with us!

💡What I'm loving right now

Speaking of that course launch, Get Found First on Google Maps is a brand-new mini-course from Reach Club member Daniela Furtado, built for cannabis retailers who want to rank higher, get more foot traffic, and stop wasting time on SEO that doesn’t work.
Even if you’re not in cannabis, the local SEO strategies inside are super practical for any small biz owner trying to stand out in search. And it’s just $49 until July 15.

👩🏾‍💻 Need help turning feedback into messaging that feels true to you and gets results?

If you're gearing up for a launch or rebrand…
Or just want sharper copy your dream clients actually respond to…
I'm currently booking content strategy intensives, website copy, and custom content marketing projects.
July is full, but I’ve got a few spots open for August and beyond.
Curious? Book an intro call and let's chat.
